My father and I have recently had the construction of a duplex completed by Elmwood Homes. From start to finish everything was completed professionally and with out any troubles. The workmanship was second to none and finished on time. The attention to detail was unbelievable. They took everything into consideration and the quality of the finishing's they used was brilliant.

I have built before with one of the major building companies in Australia and vowed never to build again after the problems and headaches they caused me. After our experience with Elmwood Homes we would gladly build again. The professionalism does not finish with the builder and the tradespeople he has on board, it begins from the architect right through to the girls in the office, who kept us informed every step of the way. Even the after sales service is brilliant – not that there was anything major to report but it was seen to immediately.

Our initial contact with Elmwood Homes was with Cameron. Cameron’s prompt responses and positive “can do” attitude tipped the scales in our decision to progress our construction with Elmwood Homes. Cameron was in regular contact with us during the build, he also handed over the keys.

Dear David, Cameron and Emily and Sarah

As first time builders we were green to the process although had an idea of what we wanted. Our daughter had a terrible experience with another building company so we were nervous. Brad from Elmwood was the first person that we worked with ensuring the way we wanted to live our lives in our new home was captured in the design in conjunction with our ideas and his expertise. We were thrilled with the design he came up with.

Who would have thought the building experience could be a pleasure? The truth is Elmwood gave us up to date progress reports to keep us engaged and excited as our new home came together. Elmwood only employed high quality tradespeople as they care about the reputation of their business. After meeting a couple of the tradies and seeing their commitment to providing us with a quality home we were so relieved. People ask us who to build with and we answer by saying “all we can say is we had a fabulous experience with Elmwood, we are not sure what you will get with another building company”.

Throughout the building period we had constant communication with David, Cameron, Emily and Sarah. We can’t thank you enough for the home we created together, we love it, but more importantly the stress you relieved us of throughout the building experience was incredible. And even after we took possession of our home Elmwood would make contact with us to check if there was anything else they needed to complete for us. Elmwood provided fabulous Pre, during and post customer service.

We needed our customised new home built within a time frame, and Elmwood delivered more than just our lovely new home.

From the initial consultations with David, design with Brad, specs & inclusions with Cameron, construction progress with Emily to the ‘after hand over’ follow ups with Sarah, we are very impressed with Elmwoods’ building process. Elmwood’s standard inclusions are of the highest quality that are matched to modern life style, but we had the flexibility to make changes to suit our needs. As we built in an established suburb, even our new neighbours were amazed with Elmwoods’ efficiencies ​ ​and quality of workmanship.
